Donald joined Windover with more than 15 years of experience across a diverse range of construction sectors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has built a strong reputation for delivering projects through clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Donald is highly driven by seeing teams work seamlessly together in real time to achieve successful outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and keeping up with his favorite sports.
