MEET OUR SOUTH CAROLINA TEAM                                                               

Jason MacPherson

PROJECT EXECUTIVE, SOUTH CAROLINA

With nearly 30 years of construction industry experience, and over half of them at Windover, Jason provides steady leadership on complex, high-end residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He has successfully managed projects from early planning and preconstruction through completion, partnering closely with owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure quality execution, schedule integrity, and cost certainty.

Jason brings a people-first approach to every project, believing that strong relationships, clear communication, and mutual respect are the foundation of successful outcomes. His hands-on experience across all phases of construction gives him a practical, field-informed perspective and a strong understanding of how early project decisions impact results during construction. Known for his reliability, collaborative leadership style, and solution-oriented mindset, Jason is committed to building trust, empowering teams, and delivering lasting value for clients and project stakeholders alike.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, supporting his ability to balance operational excellence with sound business judgment. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors, mountain biking, hiking with his dog, traveling, and making the most of time with his family.

MANAGER OF PRECONSTRUCTION, SOUTH CAROLINA

Chris brings a well-rounded background in preconstruction, project management, and real estate. He partners closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to develop accurate budgets, assess constructability, and guide projects from early planning through successful delivery with clarity and discipline.

Prior to his last 6 years in preconstruction and project management at Windover, Chris focused on property management and operations, which gives him a holistic understanding of project performance during planning, construction, and beyond. His expertise spans estimating, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and on-site execution, allowing him to deliver organized, detail-driven solutions focused on long-term value.

He earned his degree in business with an emphasis in real estate and entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and brings a people-first mindset rooted in trust, collaboration, and thoughtful planning. Chris lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and enjoys exploring Charleston and the Lowcountry with their Newfoundland, Jeff.
