With strong processes in place and preconstruction expertise, we cover every detail of your project to optimize your investment and to mitigate risk. We help you explore all possible options by giving you the hard data you need such as budget, schedule, logistics, or market availability, to make informed decisions. By building it on paper first, we will avoid costly pitfalls or missing important details further down the road.


The construction phase is all about working the plan. Our role is to direct all the moving parts so they fall into place exactly to your specifications. With outstanding field personnel at Windover—including experienced superintendents and our own force of carpenters and laborers—schedule, site management, quality assurance, and safety are in control so you are not encumbered or distracted by these aspects of construction. This is how we will make construction easy for you and deliver your project on time, on budget, and with superior quality.

Windover’s performance is not over when the project completes. Our Customer Service Group (CSG) offers our clients a long-term resource, available 24/7 to support them. From assuring that punchlists don’t linger to being available to address warranty or any changes you wish to make, CSG is designed to allow Windover to be there for you long after your ribbon cutting.
