Since 2012, Windover has partnered with St. John’s Prep, an independent middle and high school, on several strategic initiatives outlined in the Prep 20/20, the school’s master plan. Our team has collaborated with the school through pre-design, preconstruction, and construction to achieve the Prep 20/20’s construction objectives including several concurrent Design-Build projects on the school’s historic and occupied campus.
