The last phase of the St. John’s Prep 20/20 strategic master plan consisted of the design-build of a 88,000 square-foot wellness and athletic facility. The striking facility is an integral piece of the school’s interdisciplinary curriculum that elevates both learning and wellness for its students.
The Wellness Center is home to the school’s athletic programs and features an indoor aquatic center, gymnasium with an elevated indoor track, full weightlifting and workout areas, and locker rooms. In addition to the construction of the facility, Windover also oversaw the reconstruction of the school’s existing Cronin Stadium which included a new synthetic turf field, 400m running track, grandstands, and other enhancements.
