This transit-oriented community offers 46 apartment units with first floor retail, a community fitness center and underground parking. The chic design of each apartment gives its residents a touch of luxury with spacious floor plans, abundant natural light, high-end flooring and tiling, refined finishes, and eco-friendly appliances. In addition to shifting the paradigm for apartment style living, Enterprise also provides a much needed housing solution for a large commuting population living in the city of Beverly.

Creating Value through Early Collaboration

Our team partnered with Windover Development early in the process to identify building siting, programmatic intent, and design to maximize the available space of this tight urban location. As part of preconstruction, our team performed extensive value management exercises to derive the best value for our client’s investment. With this extensive groundwork completed, the project transitioned seamlessly into construction and moved quickly, despite the challenges of working in a congested, downtown site. Our team closely managed all trade partners and field operations to deliver a quality product that finished on a fast-track timeline. Like we do on any project, careful consideration was paid to abutting businesses and residents to ensure construction was not a disturbance to them. Because of this, our team has become a welcomed and recognized presence in downtown Beverly.
