Before joining Windover, Charlie was a Mechanical Coordinator with PC Construction in Maine. Charlie has enjoyed an interesting career managing projects and his expertise includes material take off & procurement coordination; scheduling and supervising teams; and commercial & industrial plumbing and mechanical installation and service. Charlie lives with his wife and two dogs in Saco, Maine. In his free time, he can be found water skiing in the lakes and cruising around the islands of Casco Bay in his boat in the summer and ice fishing in the winter.
