In 2010, Windover Construction partnered with Community Hope, Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc., and Peabody Partners, Inc. to develop and build Valley Brook Village, located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center in Lyons, New Jersey, which is now home to 62 formerly homeless veterans providing them with on-campus healthcare and other services.
