One of the most meaningful ways our team demonstrates this commitment is through active leadership and service on industry and community boards.
Multiple members of the Windover team are dedicating their time, expertise, and passion to organizations that are shaping the future of construction, strengthening local communities, and driving meaningful change. Their service is a testament to what it means to give back—and to lead with purpose.

Leading Through Service
Board service represents an important responsibility. Board members help guide strategy, share expertise, and support organizations in achieving their missions. For our team, it’s also an opportunity to have a broader impact, contributing to causes and conversations that extend beyond our day-to-day work.
We’re proud to recognize several Windover employees who are making a difference through their board involvement:
- Stuart Meurer (President and CEO) serves on the board of Build Health International, an organization dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare infrastructure in resource-limited settings. His contributions support efforts that improve global access to safe, effective medical environments. Stuart also recently finished his term as Chair of the St. John’s Prep Board of Trustees after seven years of service.
- Randy Catlin (EVP & COO) is actively involved with the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts (ABC MA) as Second Vice Chairman, helping to advocate for merit shop construction and strengthen workforce development initiatives across the region.
- Hannah Sanchez (Chief People Officer) is Chair-Elect of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and is helping guide one of the region’s most influential business organizations. Her leadership plays a key role in supporting local businesses, fostering economic growth, and strengthening community connections.
- Kevin Hansen (SVP of Preconstruction) serves on the board of Building Mass Careers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pre-apprenticeship and career awareness opportunities in the construction industry for high school students, veterans, dislocated workers, out-of-school youth, people with disabilities, and other underserved populations, helping to support workforce development and strengthen the industry’s future talent pipeline.
- Dustin Corbett (Vice President/Project Executive) brings his perspective to the Harborlight Homes Advisory Board, supporting an organization focused on creating affordable housing solutions and increasing housing accessibility in our communities.
- Jen Robitaille (VP/Project Executive) and Jess Cranney (Assistant Project Manager) both serve on Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School’s Carpentry Advisory Board, which ensures the school’s curriculum stays aligned with current industry trends and is instrumental in bridging the gap between classroom instruction and real-world trade practices.
- Molly Romano (Director of Marketing) serves as President of SMPS Boston, leading a dynamic network of AEC marketing and business development professionals, fostering innovation, connection, and professional growth across the industry.
- Kelly Niehoff (Manager of Partner Development) is Chair of the Wenham Historic District Commission and a member of the Wenham Zoning Board of Appeals, and plays a key role in guiding historic preservation and local planning decisions.
- Maryann Quinn (Benefits and Payroll Manager) serves as a director on the Construction Financial Management Association of Massachusetts (CFMA MA) board, contributing her expertise to advancing financial best practices and education within the construction industry.
- Toni Papadopoulos (Project Manager) serves on the Construction Management Professional Advisory Board at Roger Williams University, which is comprised of industry professionals who help bridge the gap between academia and industry by shaping curriculum, sharing real-world perspectives, and supporting the next generation of construction professionals. Toni joined the board as Meg Kearney (Internal Operations Manager) stepped down after 10 years.
