Randy Catlin

Executive Vice President & COO

Randy’s construction management expertise comes from over 30 years of experience in the industry, where he has turned concepts into reality in various sectors such as academic, cultural, retail, and health care. At Windover, Randy is responsible for the overall operations of the company and contributes to every phase of our projects – from business development and estimating, to project management and field operations.

As principal in charge of many of our projects, Randy is the point of contact for clients and, by cultivating team collaboration, ensures the highest level of quality is delivered. Randy is a graduate of Colby College and Northeastern University’s Executive MBA program, and volunteers as a paramedic and Field Training officer for the Holliston Fire Department. He lives in in a 200-year-old home in Holliston with his wife and two daughters.
