Focused on enhancing the resident experience and growing their community, OnePoint Partners and New England Life Plan Communities teamed with Windover for the expansion of the Commons in Lincoln, a high-end senior living community. Designed by BFE Architects, the project is a mix of renovations and new construction to create apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes. To optimize the construction process, prefabricated, panelized wall systems will be utilized in the project.
The project includes new construction of 28 units totaling 64,350 square feet within a 20+ acre site. The scope also includes significant sitework, installing a new septic system, and creating additional parking. To minimize disruption and facilitate a positive construction experience for the residents at The Commons, Windover is focused on providing clear and consistent communication, including 3D logistics and sequencing plans, as well as ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
