Location is key, and the key to this apartment community is its location. Designed with the commuter in mind, this 40,000 square-foot complex features 38 units generously appointed with high-end appliances, finishes, and sustainable elements all within walking distance to the city’s commuter rail.
The site for the new apartments sits in the heart of a busy urban locale that provided little to no space for a construction lay down area. This required our team to closely manage the site and sequence construction activities, such as deliveries, in a just-in-time basis. Windover also worked closely with the city to coordinate utility tie-ins and infrastructure work so there was no disturbance to nearby residents and businesses.
