Windover partnered with Somerville Housing Authority to create new affordable housing for the Somerville community. The project utilized modular construction to create 21 one-bedroom units designed for seniors and persons with disabilities within a three-story structure. The project was located on a challenging tight, sloped site with adjacent Massachusetts Water Resources Authority easements and groundwater.
