This design-build fitout of an existing lab and office space for Triton Systems consisted of remodeling two floors and 47,000 square-feet. Within this space are 17 different labs, each with its own focus and required connections and equipment. As the project required moving lab spaces from the client’s existing space to the new, including its MEP elements, Windover performed laser scans of all lab spaces and added the reality capture data into design models to support architectural planning and to ensure all lab spaces would fit perfectly in the new space.
