Windover completed this innovative laboratory and office fit-out to serve as the North American headquarters for the pioneering life science firm Stilla Technologies. The design-build project features a wet lab, instrument lab, training center, and open-concept, collaborative work spaces to support next-generation genetic testing and molecular biology technologies. In addition to all-new glass walls and doors, the space received significant HVAC and fire protection upgrades along with all-new energy-efficient LED lighting. Windover self-performed many of the high-end interior finishes including custom millwork and cabinetry. Additional features include a kitchenette, conference rooms, reception area, and lounge space.

Windover utilized state-of-the-art virtual design & construction techniques, such as laser scanning, to develop and refine the design and floorplan of the space. This allowed this life science owner to easily visualize the space and make quick design decisions which proved invaluable in meeting their fast-track schedule and move-in date. Additionally, the project was also completed with zero interruptions to existing tenants within the occupied building.
