Tucked away along the waterfront, this charming cottage was designed to take in the panoramic views of the harbor and brilliant light from all angles. The design of the approximately 4,000 square-foot home was inspired by the traditional English Arts and Crafts style and blended with a contemporary take on the interior details throughout the home. The main cottage includes a kitchen and great room that leads out to a three-season porch with retractable screens, an office/laundry/mudroom, and garage on the lower level, with two bedroom suites and family room on the upper level. An entry link connects the main house to the master suite wing, which features a bedroom, his/her dressing rooms and bathrooms, and an office loft with balcony open to the master bedroom below. Outlined with dramatic roof lines, the exterior finishes feature cedar shingles, stucco, stone, and decorative rafter tails.

Windover’s team managed the preconstruction and construction of the project and worked closely with the homeowners and architect to achieve the framing complexity, exterior and interior detailing, and craftsmanship of the custom high-end finishes.
