Nestled just steps from beautiful Singing Beach in the quaint, coastal community of Manchester-by-the-Sea, the highly acclaimed Singing Beach Club selected Windover to perform extensive renovations. As a design/build partner, Windover helped develop and execute a plan to complete the project as a fast-track renovation during the off season to avoid any interruptions to ongoing member activities. Renovations include a 1,360 square-foot expansion and renovation to the main dining area which includes enclosing and conditioning the previously screened-in space; a 630 square-foot expansion to the existing commercial kitchen with modern updates to provide guests with expanded menu options; a 300 square-foot expansion and renovation to the front entrance along with a new covered-entry porch; and a rework of exterior ramps, hardscapes, and decking configurations. Working closely with the project team, Windover successfully completed the project in time for opening day.
