Playing off a design inspired by sails, halyards, and nautical forms, our team constructed this 2,500 square-foot youth sailing clubhouse to fit seamlessly with its coastal surroundings. Pleon is one of America’s oldest and most traditional yacht clubs and the new clubhouse offers a fun and functional environment for junior sailors and their instructors. Working closely with the Pleon Yacht Club’s Building Committee, Windover helped the team evaluate various value management options to maximize on fundraising efforts and design elements.
