Our second project with Beverly Bank, this new 3,200 square-foot facility was finished two weeks ahead of schedule due to our team’s innovative planning. Working closely with our client and design partners, Windover’s team implemented panelized wall systems that complemented design, enabled our team to maneuver around a very small site, and accelerated the project’s four-month construction schedule. Due to the minimal laydown area available, the wall panels were fabricated off-site, delivered, and erected in a just-in-time basis allowing construction to occur without disturbance to businesses and neighbors adjacent to the site. The entire structure was assembled, including the roof, in just one week.

Prior to commencing construction of the bank branch, an 1836 John Page Greek Revival building was demolished in its place making way for the new structure and providing its architectural inspiration. Now complete, the bank features an extensive lobby area with three teller stations, teller work areas, waiting area, offices, and a drive-through teller/ATM. The second floor includes a staff lounge, storage area, and mechanical rooms.

With construction turning over two weeks early, Beverly Bank was able to open for business earlier than anticipated.
