Windover provided preconstruction and construction management services for the tavern and locker room renovations at Bellevue Golf Club.
The tavern area was completely gutted to create a more open and functional space. The new bar and dining area feature a new draft system, walk-in cooler, modern lighting, detailed wainscoting, and high-end millwork. The locker rooms were also completely gutted to accommodate for all new plumbing. The shower and steam room area feature new tile and fixtures providing a contemporary yet classic look. The modern updates comply with MAAB/ADA regulations and include a new ADA accessible elevator. While the limited laydown area and original 1899 building structure proved logistically challenging, Windover was able to successfully complete the majority of the project during the winter months resulting in zero interruptions to club activities.
