Partnering with Endicott College on their Campus Master Plan, Windover helped identify additional student residence space within the existing campus facilities. The Van Loan Graduate school was relocated from Myrt Harper Rose Hall to the newly built Samuel Wax Academic Center, completed by Windover in 2019. Since Myrt Harper Rose Hall was formerly a residence hall, the decision was made to convert the space back into graduate housing. The scope of the renovations included converting the original residential wing back into student housing. The basement, lecture hall, and offices in the adjacent wing remain in their current condition. Exterior work on the building included the addition of rooftop mechanical units and new paint finishes. The project was completed on an extremely fast-track schedule during the summer months while student activity on campus was limited. The project was successfully completed in time for students to move in.
