Part of Endicott’s campus enhancement plans, Windover is renovated and expanded the existing building to create an enhanced admissions welcome center and campus event space. The project included a full upgrade to MEP components, new bathroom facilities, a 2,400 square-foot assembly space, three new meeting rooms, a coffee bar, and warming kitchen. The building’s office spaces remained occupied throughout construction.
