Windover redeveloped a site on the shores of the Merrimack River to create a new home for Andover’s renowned crew program. The new 16,000 square-foot facility features a private staff residence, administrative space, changing facilities, museum and great room, plus extensive areas for boat storage and maintenance, launch ramp, docks and more.
Exterior envelope upgrades included new architectural metal siding system and new storefront glass system around the entire building. Interior renovations included new MEP systems and the installation of fire alarm and sprinkler systems. A new parking layout, utility tie-ins, walkways, and wetland replications were part of the site upgrades.
