Landry House is the first residence hall to be built on Middlesex’s campus in 60 years adding 36 beds along with three faculty apartments. The 20,000 square-foot residence hall is steeped in period detail on the exterior and interior mirroring the campus’ classic, New England aesthetic. Construction called for beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detailing throughout the structure. Despite building in the midst of the school’s occupied campus, thorough preplanning enabled Windover to carefully manage the site to ensure the Middlesex community was not impacted by the work.
