This renovation transformed a historic 6,500 square-foot stable and carriage house into a 26-bed honor student residence and business meeting center. The project was completed on a fast-track summer schedule to accommodate the arrival of students for the upcoming fall semester. In addition to upgrading all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, the remodel introduced common areas, lounge areas, and outdoor patio space to take advantage of beautiful ocean views. The character from the original structure is weaved throughout the space, including brick flooring, wood paneling, and the use of salvaged horse stalls as wall accents.
