Dave joins Windover’s Field Support Team as a former professional chef who transitioned into the construction industry, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic honed over years in the fast-paced kitchen environment. Having spent most of his career in culinary arts, he thrives in high-pressure settings and is a true problem solver. Outside of work, Dave enjoys the coastal lifestyle, fishing and spending time with his partner and son.
