Chris Pellegrini

Manager of Preconstruction, South Carolina

Chris brings a strong background in preconstruction, project management, and real estate, with experience supporting projects from early planning through execution. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to develop thoughtful budgets, evaluate constructability, and guide projects through preconstruction and delivery with clarity and discipline. He brings a people-first mindset to his work, believing the best outcomes are achieved through trust, thoughtful planning, and close collaboration. Outside of work, Chris lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and enjoys life in the Lowcountry. They can often be found exploring Charleston’s culinary and music scene, kayaking the tidal marshlands, and walking coastal trails with their Newfoundland dog, Jeff.
