Carlos joined Windover in 2023, and since joining the team, has quickly become known for his strong work ethic, respectful attitude, and friendly nature. Passionate about his craft and a team player who enjoys collaborating, Carlos is an asset to Windover’s project teams. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.
