We are above honored to be involved in the construction of this new 225-bed residence hall at Endicott College, dedicated to Beverly resident and ALS champion, Peter Frates. This new dormitory will be a standing tribute to Frates’ strength, grace, and enduring spirit that has pioneered funding and global awareness of ALS. Windover celebrated Peter Frates and his family with the Endicott College community and design partners Siemasko + Verbridge at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new dormitory on December 16, 2015. Construction is anticipated to be completed by Fall 2016. For renderings and more information about the project, click here.
