Putting our company into the hands of the people who have worked so hard to build it has been a goal for Windover Construction for quite some time. For this reason, we are so pleased to announce this goal was formally realized. On December 14, 2017, the ownership of our company was transferred 100% to our employees as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
An ownership mentality has been encouraged at Windover since our very beginning and the philosophy of think and act like an owner has long guided our approach to business. That is why this is a particularly significant and proud moment for us.
