Having played an integral role in the site development process for the past four years, Windover’s team was thrilled to celebrate the long-anticipated groundbreaking for the Glen T. MacLeod YMCA this past week. The new facility will serve as the anchor to the newly extended Gloucester Crossing campus which will also feature a 200-unit rental housing complex and 25,000 SF of retail space. Windover’s team will be working with architect, SV Design, on the design-build construction of this new 65,000 SF YMCA facility.
