Originally constructed in 1924, the Howard Home, is today being adaptively reused to provide permanent supportive housing for area veterans. Construction began this past December on Windover’s fourth veteran’s supportive housing project. The renovations of the historic structure will be done within the guidelines of the National Park Service.
