Tucker joined Windover in 2024 and quickly established himself as a team player. He leads complex projects with a focus on partnership and fostering a positive environment based on collaboration. Using his industry knowledge, Tucker is always finding opportunities to make it better. One of his teammates shared the following: “Tucker is well-respected among his team and trade-partners as he manages different personalities effectively and leads with efficiency.”

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite thing about Windover is the people I work with and company culture.
What is your favorite part of your job?
The variety and problem solving is my favorite part of the job. No two days are the same.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
The camaraderie. I’m fortunate enough to be part of a project team comprised of people I genuinely enjoy spending time with.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
Getting outside whenever I can, whether that’s for a run or just hanging out on my deck.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
My dream home would be a post and beam style with a huge outdoor patio.
