Each quarter, we spotlight employees who live out our core values every day. This quarter, we are spotlighting Tim Malone from our Field Support Team! Tim joined Windover in 2018 and quickly became an asset to our project teams in the field. Tim is dedicated and extremely hard-working, and his contributions to Windover’s projects are part of what makes them a success!
Tim played a key role on our Fuller Mixed-Use Venture (FMUV) site, where new construction of the Glen T. MacLeod Cape Ann YMCA and Halyard apartments, along with extensive sitework, occurred simultaneously. “Between FMUV, Halyard, and the YMCA, he has gone above and beyond… The work I’ve seen him put in during the push to finish Halyard is incredible,” one of his team members shared. “And he’s not just doing it because it’s his job, he seems to really care about and take pride in the finished product.” Another team member shared: “Tim is a team player who never says no and is always ready to jump in. I consider myself lucky when Tim is on my project.”

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite thing about working at Windover is all the great people. Everyone is very outgoing and friendly.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is seeing the progress of the project I’m on. Seeing the progression of each stage of the project whether it’s small or large gives you a good feeling of accomplishment.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
My favorite part about working with the Windover team is that everyone is always willing to teach you if you are willing to learn. Whether it is a carpentry skill or plan reading, if you ask a question people are willing to teach what they know.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
My favorite thing to do in my free time is spend time with my wife and son.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
It would include a mancave/ sports bar!
