A vital member of Windover’s Accounting team, Suzy Clancy is the epitome of a team player. She brings her depth of experience to her role as Project Controller and is dedicated to living out Windover’s core values every day. From sharing her knowledge with others to managing the intricacies of a project’s financials, Suzy is always willing to help however she can. Her team appreciates and praises her commitment and strong work ethic: “She works diligently and has been a tremendous resource both in and outside of the department and to our clients. She is honest to the core.” They also commend her mentorship of fellow team members: “Suzy develops each of us to become a multifaceted asset to Windover; by sharing her knowledge and being a great teammate, she builds the abilities of the employees and she helps make Windover such a great place to work!”
Suzy joined Windover in 2013 and has significantly contributed to the success of the company since then. We caught up with Suzy to learn more about her experience at Windover.
What is your favorite part about working at Windover?
My favorite part about Windover is the people, especially the people on my team! We are on the same page and working towards the same goals. Everything is very collaborative!
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is when we receive payment from a client – it validates everyone’s hard work.
What has been your favorite community service project at Windover?
We’ve done various projects with the Wellspring House in Gloucester, an organization that helps people and families of Cape Ann and the North Shore attain financial support, stable housing, and job training.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
My dream home would include huge windows, multiple decks, and lots of land!
