Each quarter, we spotlight employees who live out our core values every day. This quarter, we are highlighting Labor Foreman Patric Moraes. Patric joined Windover’s Field Support Team in 2024 and has enjoyed the versatility of being in the field. Honest and hard-working, Patric drives results collaboratively with a willingness to step up, support the team, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude. One of his teammates shared the following: “Patric is optimistic and has become known for his reliability and strong work ethic, bringing a get-it-done attitude to every project.”

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite part of Windover is that no two days are the same. Each day brings something new.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is that every day is an opportunity to learn something new.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
Everyone is great. I know I can always count on the team for support, no matter the situation.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
In my free time, I like watching basketball, the Celtics specifically, or going on bike rides.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
My dream home would include a basketball court.
