Every quarter, the Windover community nominates teammates who live and breathe our core values, go above and beyond every single day, and genuinely care about Windover. This quarter, our collective team nominated Senior Marketing Coordinator, Molly Romano, as our People Spotlight!
Molly joined Windover in 2016 as part of our administrative team. With a strong background and expertise in marketing, she quickly transitioned to our marketing team. Creative and detail-oriented, her value was immediately felt across the team. As one colleague shared, “Molly is a consummate team player and completely unflappable despite the many deliverables and deadlines! She rocks!” Molly does rock and it is no surprise that she was recently promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator!
Molly’s collaborative approach makes her an invaluable asset to our entire Windover team. She goes above and beyond every single day. She is the first to say yes and lend a helping hand. Thank you, Molly, for driving results collaboratively each and every day! We appreciate you!
