Each quarter, we spotlight employees who live out our core values every day. This quarter we are highlighting Senior Superintendent Craig Lanouette! Craig joined Windover in 2015 and always goes above and beyond to help those around him by sharing technical knowledge as well as career and personal advice. Dedicated to earning and preserving trust, he makes sure to let his clients “know that he is working with them through any difficult situations,” as one of Craig’s teammates shares.
We asked Craig to share a few things about himself and his time at Windover:
What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite thing about Windover is the overall pride and teamwork we have working together.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love taking a project from conception through completion. Watching structures come out of the ground and being able to stand back and see what you are creating every week is fulfilling.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
My team is extremely supportive and fun to work with, we all get along well even when working through difficult situations.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
Spend time with my family and get some Wind Therapy on my Harley Davidson!
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
A triple garage to fill with toys.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community, either through Windover or other organizations?
I like to support our Armed Forces/ Veterans in any way I can.
