Each quarter, we spotlight an employee who lives out our core values every day. This quarter we are spotlighting Superintendent Brett Conrad! Brett joined Windover in 2014 as a Carpenter has grown tremendously in his career since. Whether it’s working with the project team, our trade partners, or a client, Brett stands in their shoes and earns their trust every day. We are thrilled to see that Brett’s dedication to Windover has been recognized by his peers. One teammate shared, “Brett’s work ethic and dedication are unparalleled, it is a true pleasure to work with him.” Another shared, “Since his first day onsite, he has been nothing but exceptional. He is truly a class act.” Between wrapping up Windover’s latest modular project on Hampton Beach and joining the team on our Halyard project in Gloucester, Brett chatted with us about his experience at Windover. What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
Windover offers a variety of building solutions and is consistently innovating to find better ways to build. The technology we use at Windover has provided opportunities to help us expand our projects.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy all the novel ways we are able to do our job. It is always evolving and I am always learning.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
I am always learning something new from my team that I can use effectively in my role here at Windover. They are always willing to help at any given moment and our combined skills and teamwork are what builds results.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
It would be an arts and crafts bungalow style throughout the exterior and interior, and it would be set on lots of acreage in mountains or near a river.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community?
Windover does a lot of projects in the community and I am always happy to help. It is just one of the ways to bring our team together.
