Each quarter, we spotlight employees who live out our core values every day. In this quarter’s people spotlight, we are highlighting Superintendent Aaron Yeaton! Aaron joined Windover in 2015 and has shown himself to be extremely resourceful and always willing to share his wealth of knowledge. This was especially evident on his most recent project, Maple Woods – an affordable senior living community for Harborlight Homes. Aaron is dedicated to driving results collaboratively, and his teammate shared: “Aaron’s adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges have greatly contributed to our team’s success. I’m very grateful for his resilience and outstanding performance.”

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
The thing I enjoy most about Windover is the people on our team – we have a lot of great people here at Windover.

Working with talented people.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
I really enjoy working with my team to solve problems together.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
If I were building my dream home, it would have exposed heavy timbers and aged wood accents.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community, either through Windover or other organizations?
I like to get involved in helping our Veterans.
