Adam DiChiara, Labor Foreman
Adam joined Windover’s Field Support Team in 2022 as a Laborer and has consistently demonstrated his reliability and willingness to take on new challenges. His proactive approach to working with trades and taking on more responsibilities, such as daily reporting and documentation, has been invaluable to Windover’s Field Support Team. Adam has shown tremendous growth in his career, and we are excited to announce his promotion to Labor Foreman. Congratulations, Adam!
Chris Pellegrini, Estimator
Chris joined Windover in 2020 as an Assistant Project Manager and, demonstrating himself to be a true team player and eager to learn, joined the Estimating department at a critical time. His professionalism and drive make him an important part of the Windover team, and we are proud to announce his promotion to Estimator. Congratulations, Chris!
Logan Richardson, Carpenter
Logan joined the Windover team in 2022 as a co-op student where his hard work soon earned him a full-time position on the Field Support Team as a Laborer. Lisa Sletten, Senior Project Manager
Lisa joined Windover in 2018 as a Project Manager and has worked on numerous high-profile projects since. She brings strong communication, a collaborative approach, strong determination, and a drive to find solutions to every project. Lisa has earned tremendous respect amongst her clients and team.
