Founded in 2007 with just seven employees at the helm, Windover recently celebrated its 10th anniversary milestone in 2017. Over the span of a decade, Windover’s talent has grown to 90 employees who have strongly positioned our firm in several markets including academic, institutional, multi-unit housing, hospitality, and custom homes. Our team has worked to expand its expertise in tandem with market growth and today features a diverse group of the industry’s best in preconstruction, field operations, virtual design and construction, business development, and leadership.
What has remained unchanged over the course of Windover’s history is our core purpose commitment to build great things with great people. We have stayed intensely focused on cultivating rewarding relationships and providing exceptional experiences for our people, clients, and partners across the past decade.
2017 saw many exciting changes that will carry this core purpose commitment into the next decade. Among these included the transfer of 100% ownership of the firm to our employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Program and senior management changes that strengthen our leadership team. Lee Dellicker will remain in his role as chief executive officer, while Stuart Meurer has now taken on the role as president. Other key changes include:
- Formerly vice president of administration and an integral member of our executive team, Hannah Ginley has been promoted to chief people officer.
- In April 2017, Bud LaRosa joined Windover’s team as chief financial officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in construction financial operations and risk management.
- In October 2017, Randy Catlin joined Windover to round out our executive team bringing 30 years of experience in construction operations and business which play an important role in his new position as our executive vice president and chief operating officer.
We are honored and humbled by all those who have been a part of our success the past ten years and are optimistic for an even brighter future together.
