Windover broke ground on this third home of our commemorative series in 2009. The home captures the essence of coastal New England with its elegant shingle-style and dramatic window lines. It takes its name, the Beech House, from the surrounding sandy shores and mature Beech trees dotting its property. Designed by architect Olson Lewis + with interior design by Amanda Greaves & Company, the home sits in harmony with its natural landscape and features abundant natural light on the interior, and balconies, porches, and patios to enjoy coastal views on its exterior.
