As a firm committed to building more than just buildings, the Windover team is passionate about continuously giving back to organizations that make an impact.
In addition to corporate giving, Windover employees also donate their time, expertise, and resources, and many are involved in Windover’s Social Sustainability Committee, an employee-led community-focused group that supports these organizations through fundraising and volunteering.
As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud to highlight these organizations and share a snapshot of how our employees came together to give back, support neighbors in need, and invest in the communities where we build.
Spotlighting Organizations Making an Impact
Throughout the year, we partnered with a wide range of organizations focused on helping women, children, and families in need; enhancing housing, educational, and community programs; assisting with local military & service initiatives; and broadening and sharing our understanding of and sensitivity to the environment. Some of these organizations include:
- ADL
- Beverly Bootstraps
- Care Dimensions
- Essex County Community Fund
- Family Services of Merrimack Valley
- HAWC
- Mental Health Collaborative
- Northeast Arc
- Open Door
- The Salem Pantry
- Veterans Supportive Housing
- Wellspring
- Youth Villages
Each partnership reflects the causes our team cares about and the belief that small actions can create meaningful change.

Our Team in Action
Some of the most meaningful moments happen when our employees roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side with the organizations we support. In 2025, our team:
- Volunteered with the Cape Ann Kids Holiday Fund to help set up the Wellspring Holiday Store.
- Hosted Boston Children’s Hospital’s Bloodmobile and donated 38 units of blood, with each unit helping up to 4 children.
- Participated in Family Services of Merrimack Valley’s Walk for Hope, which raises awareness of mental health challenges and suicide prevention.
- Thanked our local veterans by hosting breakfasts, supporting holiday celebrations, and, most importantly, spending time together.
- Donated gifts for 20 children to support Youth Villages’ Holiday Heroes program, and funds to fill backpacks in Beverly Bootstraps’ Back-to-School Backpack Program.
- Hit the links for golf tournaments to support important causes like mental health, senior care, and access to education.
These experiences not only strengthen our communities—they strengthen our team.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2026, we look forward to expanding our partnerships, supporting new organizations, and continuing to share resources where they matter most.
