Mike joined Windover in 2017 and uses his eye for detail and wealth of knowledge to manage complex projects effectively and collaboratively. With a proactive working style, Mike takes intelligent risks to navigate challenges on his projects and never stops pushing his teams forward. One of his teammates shared: “Mike is a great guy with an amazing work ethic, a talented builder, and a true friend who cares about the team and the work he turns over.”

What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
My favorite part about Windover is the people.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love being able to bring a job to completion on time and still maintain quality.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
My favorite part is that no matter what team you are working with, they all have the same enthusiasm to be the best we can be.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
I like to ride my bike and spend as much time at the beach as possible.
What is your favorite way to get involved with the community?
I volunteer at Hampstead Community Access Television.
