Joining Windover in 2024, Paul learns and adapts quickly, becoming an integral part of any team and driving results collaboratively. One of his teammates shared: “To say that Paul has picked up quickly to become a vital member of our team would be a vast understatement. This project quickly became an all hands-on deck situation, and Paul has fit right in.”
We asked Paul to share a few things about himself and his time at Windover:
What is your favorite thing about working at Windover?
The people and the culture are my favorite aspects of Windover. Every person and every team I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been very different, but the consistent thread has been their collaborative spirit and the opportunity they’ve offered for growth. I believe Windover’s culture, shaped by its leadership and employees, is what attracts great people to our company.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is the rotational aspect of CMAP. After 8 months in the field, during which I worked on two projects with two different teams, I am now getting the opportunity to start as an Assistant Project Manager. This structure provides a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of building and construction management while allowing me to explore my interests and define my career path.
What is your favorite part about working with your team?
What I value most about working with my team is the consistently positive and supportive environment. It makes every day a genuinely enjoyable experience. Beyond that, I’m constantly learning from both their field expertise and project management knowledge.
What is your current favorite thing to do in your free time?
My favorite ways to spend my time are with family and exercising, such as going to the gym, practicing Jiu Jitsu, or running.
If you were building your dream home, what would it include?
I couldn’t call it my dream home if it didn’t include an outdoor gym and a big yard where I could plant vegetables and fruit trees.
