Prior to joining Windover, Carlos worked for Paglia Plastering as a laborer. With four years of construction experience under his belt, he brings his skills and hardworking energy to each jobsite. Carlos lives in Peabody, and along with spending time with family and friends, enjoys fishing and playing soccer.
