Windover’s fifth veteran’s housing project, and the second phase of Valley Brook Village, will feature 50 one-bedroom units of supportive housing for homeless veterans. The new three-story, stand-alone building will include a common room, computer room, laundry amenities, and property management facilities. A continuation of the joint venture between Windover Construction and property manager Peabody Properties, the project will navigate a tight construction schedule, an active Veteran’s Affairs (VA) hospital campus, and heightened site security.
