Windover provided design-build services on this 5,000 square-foot office and laboratory fit-out for the transformative biotechnology firm seqWell. The project features flexible meeting space, research space, BL-1 laboratories, offices, and a full kitchenette. Multiple “borrowed light” interior windows were added to increase the amount of natural light in the workspaces. New walls were installed to distinguish the research, office, and meeting spaces and a new entryway was built in the existing lobby. The project was completed on an accelerated eight-week schedule and much of the work was self-performed by Windover’s Field Support Team.
