Hidden in the rolling hills of the historic, 300-acre Turner Hill estate and world-class golf course, Windover guided and completed the design-build of 28 uniquely crafted custom homes. Featuring single family residences, attached villas, and townhome style condominiums, the custom detailing and refined finishes caringly built into each home articulate the sophistication and grandeur of the estate.

FINISHING TOUCHES
The homes are finished with top of the line appliances, exquisite millwork, and craftsmanship inside and out. With an open-concept floor plan, the homes range in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet. The construction took place amidst an active country club, golf course, and residential community. Sequenced across two phases, our team has carefully managed construction to allow existing homeowners, club members and visitors complete access to Turner Hill’s amenities and scenery without interference.
